Returns
We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
● Unused and in its original condition
● In its original packaging
● Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returned items must be sent to our fulfillment facility for inspection. Refunds are processed only after the returned items have been received and evaluated.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order within 3 days of receiving it.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, contact us immediately with:
● A description of the issue
● Clear photos of the packaging showing the tracking number
● Clear photos of the item received
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund based on availability and the nature of the issue.
Normal wear and tear or performance changes due to regular use (including battery performance over time) are not covered under this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
● Digital products or downloadable content
● Personalized or custom-made items
● Items that have been used or altered
● Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Once an order has been delivered to the specified address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item separately.
EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
