Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Norway, and New Zealand.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date:

  ● United States: 7–14 business days

  ● United Kingdom: 6–12 business days

  ● Europe: 7–15 business days

  ● New Zealand: 7–18 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed within 24–48 hours after shipment. Tracking updates may take 1–4 days to appear.

Customs & Duties
International orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

PO Box Addresses
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
